"Big drum, easy to use, quiet, effective drying cycles. The daily wash cycle is great and under an hour but still cleans effectively. I am really pleased with this machine."

"Easy to operate, quicker cycle than previous Samsung machine, drys well and seems quiet to run too. The WiFi requires you to download an app for Samsung which insists on accessing various things on my mobile which I don't understand why it's needed, so have deleted the app and won't use that, hence dropping a star as that was an advertised function that I can't use because I don't agree with giving the app access to things on my phone they don't need"

"I've owned this for a week and so far has proved it's worth. Initially I was a little confused, start it up, it shows all the right indications but no noise except the solenoid valves, staring into the drum and surprisingly it was rotating, got to say this thing is quiet. The only real noise throughout the cycle is the water pump, that sounds loud but is only by comparison as there is no other noise from the machine. Close the kitchen door and wouldn't even know it was running even through the spin. Moving from a not very old whirlpool machine to this one, in a week has convinced me, clothes are coming out cleaner and the dryer to my suprise works very well, the measured sense setting leaves the clothes just right to hang or iron and the timed one works as well. The remote connect works well and is handy to set up and start the cycle, I actually find it easier than from the machine its self. Only problem is remembering to turn on the smart connect, this is my main niggle also when it finishes a was cycle it turns off and you need to be at the machine to turn it back on so if you decide to dry it after the wash you cant.
Overall a great machine , with great cleaning results especially with the bubble soak and great drying ability."

"I spent a long time looking at different models and reviews and I am very pleased with this purchase as it washes and dry very efficiently. The app is a nice plus as easy to determine what setting would be best depending on what is being washed/dried - particularly if you haven't had a washer-dryer before. The quickdrive and weight sensors work efficiently as when doing a wash and dry of bedding it automatically comes up as 6 hours but it soon adjusted to just 4 hours and it came out lovely and clean and 'cupboard-dry' was bone dry to put away straight away. Living in a top floor flat, the drying function is very useful and works so well to wash and dry that I am really pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it (it also has a self cleaning function that prompts you to do every 40 washes)."
