"This product is a complete investment. The sizing is larger than expected as there are ridges on the side.
Saying that once you get the app to work as there is no option for washer dryer, you have to manually add from search option by typing in wash choose Washer 8kg 6800 and then it loads. It has dropped off twice but easy to reload back as with this it makes such a difference to use this product as you can keep an eye when out or away from the Machine.
The booklet is basic and my experience over complicated the programming but once you get use to settings it’s a breeze to use. Drying new towels is a fluffy and clean up required time. I not convinced by length of drying time but this is my first washer dryer. Dry only option works better for my needs and is very effective.
Very attractive machine.
Ensure you level as is very quiet once done but you can get vibration if not and the difference is notable. "

"After 5 years our Zanussi has finally given up so I decided to look at Samsung as they came highly recommended by all our friends and family. Let me tell you when this arrived I was definitely not disappointed! The machine is high quality (great it has a 5 year guarantee too) and has loads of fab features - the handy add door, a bubble soak for tough stains, cleaning cycle and controllable via a mobile app. Its absolutely fantastic and I wish we’d got one sooner. The only small annoyance is that it says 60cm deep but pipework at the back takes up extra space meaning it sticks out slightly even though we measured."

"Like any new machine, it takes a while to get used to all the facilities it offers but this seems to have enough to keep me happy for years to come. It's on the expensive side but, taking into acount the A-rating, should save money in the long run vs. a cheaper model."

"Our first washer dryer and we both think we should have got one a long time ago. Living with two young children, with relatively little space to dry clothes, this machine is absolutely great.
Very quiet, and clothes come out nice and dry. Lots of washing programs to choose from as standard. Also smart delay to finishing time, so rather than you setting when the machine starts a wash, you decide when it should finish. This tool is a little time to comprehend, as we were used to calculating the finishing time ourselves.
Links up to my phone with an app, lets me know when cycle finished and can be controlled from app as well. Not essential but a nice extra. There are more wash programs to choose from there as well but not explored these yet.
It seems to measure the weight of the washing and drying, but seems to do this at the beginning of each process. I.e when we start a wash it might tell us there is 5 hours left. At the beginning of the drying it might suddenly reduce the time remaining by 1-2 hours. Initially I was worried each wash and dry was going to be 5+ hours but this is not the case.
Other than that it has a Addwash hatch to put items in even mid wash which is handy as some odd socks or pants sometimes fall of the washing pile. Again, I would not consider as essential but little convenience.
So at present we love this machine. I don’t think there are any negatives as such. Hopefully reliability is good, got 5 year warranty through Samsung as campaign deal. This seems to be quiet, clean clothes well, has good variety of features and clothes come out nice and dry."

"Love it! Was originally looking for a tumble dryer, but was being slow in deciding which one, luckily, as my washing machine broke. So decided a washer dryer would be best. And I my only regret is I didn’t get one years ago.
This Samsung washer dryer has a great load capacity, eco wash, cupboard dry and time dry options. The wash and dry times are really good too. I’ve not used the little door in door yet as only had it a week, but I know it will come in handy with all the dropped socks i seem miss.
Good versatile washer dryer, highly recommend. Plus, as a bonus, it looks good too."

"Okay, so it's a washer-dryer. The dryer takes six hours. But it actually comes out pretty dry in the end, and my towels are super-soft.
Other than that, it's a lovely machine. The app is a bit weird from a UI perspective, and the singing it does at the end of a cycle will either drive you crazy or be completely endearing. At a high spin, my clothing comes out pretty dry already, and it's got a nice intuitive button. Adding an anti-vibration mat + a plywood platform underneath makes it super quiet/not too shaky, even on suspended wood floors."
