"Really like the size of the drum, and the ability to add clothes after the program has started. Also like the layout of the control panel (although the touch controls take a little getting used to - its very easy to accidently switch on/off/pause if you brush past the on/off touch switch). The washing processes so far have been really good (especially when bubble mode is used) however the dryer process isn't so good and leaves clothes feeling damp (even on cupboard dry). Also be aware that every 40 washes, you have to run a drum clean program (which takes 2 hrs 32 mins to run)"

"I love this machine, I didn’t think that a washer dryer could be so amazing! It not only washes and dries my clothes more efficiently than my last machine -(towels are fluffier, t shirts at softer ) - but it also has a smart control app that gives you a “laundry recipe” maker so you can tell the machine what you are washing (eg shirts and socks, underwear and tops, towels) and it will calculate the right programme for you, which you can do at any time not just by standing in front of the machine.
I’ve been so impressed that I’ve been showing family and even coworkers my app, so when I’m at my desk at work I can see what stage my washing is at home, and even pause or cancel the cycle
The final bonus feature of this machine is the little tubes it plays not only for when it switches on and off but when the cycle is done is plays a little song

"Delighted with my updated Samsung (replaced an old one). On the everyday wash it does seem a little wetter than I thought it should, but i haven't used all the programs yet. Cleans well, removing stains on the every day wash 46 mins."

"it's very quiet and efficient, but we've only had it for a week so i can't speak to it's performance long term. the drying cycle is ok (not great) but that is to be expected with a combination washer/dryer. i'm really pleased so far."
