"Decided to buy a washer/dryer instead of 2 separate machines, going for Samsung top of the range with efficiency, speed + no lint screen nor extractor. The experience hasn't been great - wash time around 3 hrs and drying cycle for 5kg of shirts and underwear took well over 2hrs and never comes out extra dry but damp. Samsung admitted a WD on dry doesn't do 100% dry. Be wary before purchasing!"

"I recently received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes.
On receiving this machine the first thing you notice is the high quality build. Which looks great with other appliances in the kitchen.
Being a busy full time working family it feels like most the time we are not in work we are washing clothes. I have mainly used three washes on this machine we will start with my favourite the "Super Eco Wash" it uses cold water and ecobubble technology that mixes air, water and detergent to create bubbles that penetrate your clothes. I couldn't get over how the cold wash got my clothes so clean and used a small amount of energy helping the environment and my energy bills.
The second wash i use is the "15 minute quick wash" i cant get over how my heavily muddied sports wear got so clean in the 15 minutes they where in the machine much better than quick washes i have used in the past.
The last wash i use is the "auto optimal wash" The Auto Optimal Wash feature uses 4 sensors to optimise washing results without any extra effort. It senses the weight of the wash load and adjusts the optimal time and water usage for the best possible wash. Just use the display panel to adjust the amount detergent and softener for the auto dispensing. It assesses the level of soil and adds more detergent towards the end of the cycle, if necessary, and adjusts the wash time accordingly. the clothes all ways come out of the wash looking and smelling great and it takes all the fuss out of setting up a wash.
The auto dispensing detergent and softener is also a great touch it takes all the fuss of measuring the detergent and if your like me making a mess all over the work tops you can just choose what you add with a press of a button.
On to the app if you love a bit of smart tech like myself you will love the app you can tailor washes to what you are washing. you can get alerts when the wash is finished and it can remind you if the wash has been left in the machine to top you having damp smelly clothes. you can put washes in and set times for them to start and the whole thing is very simple to install on your phone and set to your WiFi
I have only used the drying on this machine twice and i must say it is a lot better than other washer dryers i have used in the past. my clothes come out dry and ready to iron and with out the smell that tumbles normally leave on clothes.
All in all this is a great all round machine, it can cater for all your washing and drying needs and takes a lot of the work out of doing your washing as the machine almost does everything for you except ironing them. I 100% percent would recommend this machine to anyone looking for one of the best washing drying experiences you can have"

"I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes. We are a busy, active family of four with two young children so need a machine that can get through the wash loads. We take part in several sports, require laundry to take care of good quality designer clothes and also get through laundry quickly whilst still being effective. This machine has fulfilled our laundry needs and we have been very impressed. Overall the clothes have really felt different - soft, clean and fresh. Even though I have not changed my laundry detergent and this has been noticeable on the quicker washes too.
You cannot miss that the machine looks fantastic! Its high tech, very modern and fits in with technological developments. You would be proud to have this machine in your kitchen and now my hubby even loves doing the laundry!!
Other features that are particularly attractive to us is - pre load the detergent/fabric conditioner which saves on lots of mess and means I am more economical with detergent amounts, you can add loads to the machine using a specific setting, it is quiet when in operation and the kids love the song it plays to alert you when the washing has finished (and it can be silenced too!). There is a quick 15 min wash, which is great for washing the kids trainers, cuddly toys and when you need something fast. The machine also includes a setting to clean the machine itself.
We have used the auto optimal wash several times and has been really useful in getting the girls sports clothes cleaned and ready for the next day, after they have attended summer camps and holiday clubs. I was impressed that this wash removed 'slime' from my daughters uniform. We also like the fact the 'spin' is so effective reducing drying time. There is also other settings for intense washes to clean clothes that are very dirty.
During the heatwave the swimming towels needed washing frequently; and everyone in the household has loved the soft clean towels.
This is a brilliant machine and you should not be disappointed. Our only criticism is that we were not able to connect this machine to our phones, however understand the app will be updated and the wi-fi technology should work."

"I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes.
As a busy working mum, the one thing I crave for most is time, so a washing machine with a HUGE drum meaning I have to wash less is a dream come true, added to that there is an auto soap dispenser, so no more washing liquid everywhere when you're rushing around trying to get the wash on and added to that it's quick and easy to use. There is a 15 min wash that leaves clothes really nice and clean and great for when you are in a major hurry.
The eco wash is fantastic, great results in about an hour on a cool wash, need I say any more? My other real go to wash is the delicates which I use for my best clothes, underwear and favourite sports kit, all of which comes out perfect.
My sons clothes usually end up going in covered in paint and food from his days activities and you would never know when they come out immaculate. I washed heavily soiled work clothes using the eco wash too and they also came out beautifully clean. I also used the eco wash for towels (white !) covered in mud from the children playing in the paddling pool and running around after, again after the wash you would never had known.
One night I had run out of clean school uniform and I put the wash on delayed end, wash and dry, the cycle was a life saver we woke up to clean, dry and ironed looking school uniform.
I also love how quiet it is, no more mad spinning sounds from the washing machine, it's brilliant.
This is a high quality well thought out washing machine using the latest technology to provdie you with a great quality wash."

"This is a fully featured washing machine utilizing all the latest technology to wash your laundry, dry it and then tell you via an app while you are out enjoying yourself!
We have found that the DirectDrive and EcoBubble technology makes for extremely quick and clean wash loads which were far faster than those of our previous machine.
It even has an intelligent wash facility (Auto Optimal) that assesses the soiling level and weight of laundry and controls the amount of water/washing and detergents all automatically to ensure a clean wash....how clever is that!
To follow this in this day and age you need smart gadgets and yes you have guessed it this machine is connected to Samsung Smart-things and so can show what its doing via an app and be controlled if needs be. It also has a laundry guide mode that allows you to select the wash type you have on the app and it tells you what modes you need and can set those for you...all you need to do is load the machine and press go!
For those that tend to get their washing very dirty it has a bubble soak mode that agitates the washing for a period with bubbly water that lifts the dirt out - again very clever and useful.
If you are one to suffer allergies then the machine has a hygiene mode that can use steam to sterilise the wash and remove allergens for that piece of mind.
Without doubt this is the most sophisticated and capable washing machine I have ever had the pleasure of using. Highly recommended."

"I received this washer dryer from Samsung for product testing purposes.
Initially, I was impressed with the style and build quality of the machine. It looks great in the home, especially when compared to other appliances.
There are a raft of washing and drying functions to suit all households, no matter what clothing type you're washing. The 10kg washing capacity is very helpful for fitting more clothes into each wash. I managed to wash everything from delicates to towels and bedding without worry and the results were a lot better than my old machine. Clothes come out clean and fresh.
The QuickDrive technology really helps reduce wash times unless you're washing a particularly heavy load as then it may be extended. The AddWash feature is very useful for adding the odd item missed out during a wash cycle.
Additional features include 'Bubble Soak', which adds 30 mins onto the end of any cycle but clothes seem even cleaner and softer. The 15 minute Quick Wash is very convenient for freshening up a few items if you're in a hurry.
The Samsung app is also very handy for starting washes remotely and knowing when they're completed.
Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and features of this machine and would be happy to recommend to family and friends in the future."
