"We really liked the machine and the shear amount of functionality you get is brilliant. However we had 3 replacements because they all leaked from the front door! Shame we had to get a refund to buy a different machine that can’t actually wash our clothes!"

"With a new baby and a three year old my old machine just wasn’t cutting the mustard. Very pleased with this new machine which makes life so much easier. Throwing a bib into the add door is so helpful and the quick drive gets everything clean in no time. Also enjoying the auto dispense function which saves a bit of faffing and the dryer works beautifully well. Cannot fault it! Great investment."

"Does the job. Quality item with great results. Very deep though. Recommended 65cm recess but more needed. Back sticks out and hit pipes behind so had to push it forward. Did not have this problem with other machines"

"Really love this washer dryer in comparison to my old Candy machine. I debated heavily over this or the smaller 8kg one, I'm glad I went for this size and the extra features it brings. The wash and dry cycles are alot longer than I was used to however once you get used to it the benefits far out weigh the negatives. A feature that isn't mentioned and I love is the connection with the smart things app and with my Samsung TV a little message pops up to tell me when it is complete. So I can turn of the only thing I dislike which is the little tune that plays. Novel at first but gets annoying after the first few washes. "

"The kitchen is a much quieter place since I brought this Samsung washer/dryer. It fits a ridiculous amount of washing in and runs really, really quiet. The add-wash door is a little gimmicky, but this is a great product and even plays you a little tune when it's done."
