"The customer service was really helpful, delivery was prompt and smooth, they gave us plenty of warning. The product itself was brand new and works perfectly fine and as described in the look and functionality, the only slight issue for us was the size and as the product had been delivered in my absence my parents didn't know who to call and replace with something bigger as apparently you lose 50% of what you pay. I'd happily pay the difference for a bigger American fridge freezer but unfortunately not willing to forego my initial cost. The item is still brand new and works well but smaller than what we had."
