I fitted the main door handle quickly enough but then I then took almost an hour of fiddling about to install the Plinth as the instruction book was not easy to follow and I found the instructions nuclear, to say the least.
I am a fairly competent man and have assembled many items of furniture and mechanical products.
I believe the information on your web site should have made it clear that "Assembly was needed" as a less mechanical person would have found it very difficult to build."
