"Minimal packaging and came with a plug so basically plug & play. Controls are different from our previous Smeg one but outwardly doesn't really look any different. It sits lower than our other microwave leaving a slightly annoying gap in the cupboard space it sits it.
Oddly, where the smeg had feet to raise it up/down a bit this has a single twisty knob on top which is utterly useless. Some risers would have been more useful.
All in all, ok as integrated microwaves go. It fits a dinner plate which is the largest size needed."

"We were buying the same product from another store and there lead time was 6 weeks. Contacted ao.com and got the exact same microwave cheaper and that was after the next day delivery cost was added. The microwave is ideal for my new kitchen. the service and delivery was very professional. Will definitely be using ao.com again "
