"Bought this product in 2019 and just as the 12 month guarantee expired we started to have problems with the freezer. This would automatically set itself to a deep freeze at -25 degrees for no apparent reason. Often there is frost and ice on the food. The latest thing to go wrong is the digital display is no longer working. We are now having to pay call out charges for a possible repair. "

"Only had this fridge freezer for a week but is seems very good so far.
This replaced a Samsung which lasted 13 years.
We chose the same model but without the water and ice dispenser as these take up a lot of room which we prefer to have in freezer space.
The only disappointing thing is that the alarm which sounds if the doors are left open is almost inaudible.
We would recommend this Samsung American fridge freezer."
