"I love this fridge freezer, looks great, quality build, plenty of room, very quiet. I would have given it a 5 star but for the water dispenser. Had it a month and it started to drip quite noticeably. Called Samsung and had to go through a painful exercise with off shore call centre, pulling out water dispenser, putting water in and determining whether drip coming from nozzle or tank or elsewhere. They are sending nozzle in post within 28 days bit disappointing."

"Loving this Samsung fridge freezer. It's a great looking appliance which blends in well with a modern kitchen. The capacity of both the fridge and freezer is huge, and as the freezer has both drawers and shelves it allows room for bulky items as well as containing smaller items neatly. We upgraded from an older Samsung model, and the repositioning and streamlining of the interior lights gives extra room on the top shelves of both the fridge and freezer. The water dispenser is the best feature as it doesn't need plumbing in, and gives you chilled filtered water, and is easy to top up and replace the filters. The wine rack is also a great feature, and holds up to 5 bottles of wine. There's a temperature display on the outside of the fridge, which has a locking feature so it can't be adjusted accidentally. Despite being large, it's really easy to move, and slides forwards and backwards easily, which makes cleaning behind it easy.
The only negative is that the warning sound when the doors are left open for 2 minutes is very quiet and barely audible unless you're close by."
