"The product is excellent it fits well into the space we have and does what it says on the tin. However, on removing the old fridge, they managed to damage the wood flooring quite severely chipping the beading to the front doorway, kitchen doorway and placing a nice long scratch along the centre of the hallway. On pointing this out to the delivery driver he said "that always happened with these big American fridges and you should expect it" I, of course, reported it immediately and was promised a call back on Monday morning as the team that deals with damage issues don't work on Saturday. This I thought was reasonable, but here I am writing this review one week and a day later and still no contact from the said team, who of course are going to receive a piece of my mind tomorrow on their lackadaisical approach to problem-solving. Oh and don't get me started on having the old fridge standing outside the house until the next day because "We can't take frozen items onto the truck because it gets the cardboard of the other items wet", of course, I wasn't informed the old fridge freezer had to be defrosted first before they would remove it. All in all, not the best experience I have ever had of delivery and pick up. If I win the cost of my fridge freezer after this review then I think it will be a miracle."

"Excellent Fridge Freezer. Practical storage, good energy efficiency, and a nice finish.
We had our previous Samsung Fridge Freezer and it lasted over 20 years. Comes Recommended

"I chose this model for the large capacity. Although it has a similar capacity to the one it is replacing, the overall appliance size is smaller. Looks nice and clean and sleek in the kitchen. I like the Brita water filter in the fridge door. Very pleased with this fridge freezer so far."
