"We bought this Samsung American fridge freezer being a trusted brand with a 5yr guarantee and the reviews were good, especially that it was quiet. Unfortunately for us we must have received a faulty one as it was so noisy when running we knew it couldn’t have been normal so we arranged for an engineer who confirmed our suspicions. We have ordered another brand as we have lost confidence in Samsung. This aside the fridge looks good and has ample space and overall is what we need.
I have to say throughout AO have been absolutely marvellous with their customer service from arranging the engineer visit to replacing the faulty product. I will use them again for this reason alone, well done AO team!"

"Washing machine as expected. I like the fact it’s very quiet and runs through cycles quickly. Only negative is I don’t know how long each cycle is. Drum is the perfect size for a family of 4. "

"We bought this Fridge freezer to replace our existing one. Very happy with the look of this appliance and all the features. We did have a slight issue with a dripping water dispenser but the Samsung engineer visited this morning and replaced the nozzle. "
