"We ordered a new Samsung American style fridge freezer from AO because our old one had broken down after 12 years.
The new one turned up, on time, was unpacked, installed and plugged in by a two man team. They removed the old one for recycling along with all the packaging - so far so good.
After 6 hours the new one wasn’t cooling down so we stayed to get a little apprehensive.... after 24 hours, no joy! Still the fridge and freezer were at room temperature. It was obviously broken and there was a problem.
So, process is process and my wife had to spend an hour or so on the phone to AO support going through the checks and routine of trying everting the manufacturer requests... painful as it was, we get it - not everyone will read instructions and do things correctly. By the end of the call we had another replacement on the way within 48 hours.
Second time lucky - the whole process of installation, unpacking and removal of the old was repeated but this time by and husband and wife team who were lovely and really helpful. There were in and out in less than 90 minutes and we now have a lovely new working fridge freezer.
Good stuff AO - what happens when things go wrong defines you more than when it goes to plan."

"When the old Samsung Fridge Freezer packed up I decided to replace it with another Samsung. This one is much quieter than my old one and has plenty of storage space. Having a Water Dispenser is another advantage. "

"Well it's a major upgrade from our last fridge, open the doors to a very well lit fridge freezer, theres enough room to fit a months worth of food in both fridge side and freezer side the buttons on the front are simple to understand to change the settings of the fridge and freezer. We've also upgraded to water dispenser on the front but that has had a slight leak which has been the only problem we've had so far."

"Loving my new American styled fridge/ freezer so easy to use and so quiet running which really matters as we have open plan living The fridge has so much storage space and everything is easy to see and reach making life so much easier, my only concern is my water dispenser has a drip but keeping an eye on it. "
