"Great product, replaces previous Samsung American style fridge freezer which lasted for seventeen years"
"The first impressions are that the fridge freezer looks impressive and that’s from the outside! Being an American style, there are two long doors and has an ice and cold water dispensers in the freezer door. When you open the doors you will find ample space for storage both within the main body and doors. Each side has shelf space and drawers. The fridge also has a rack capable to house 4 bottles horizontally. The ice dispenser will dispense either crushed or cubed ice and the glass receptacle is large enough to dispense the ice and water into a pint sized glass.
The touch screen is easy to use and the display is clear with pale blue numerals and icons. Each time a door is opened, the display lights up clearly indicating the internal temperatures of both units and there is a discrete tone if either door is left open for too long. It is quiet in its running and occasionally a very slight noise can be heard as the ice maker empties the ice from the maker into the holding chamber.
In all, an extremely impressive unit, well received and works extremely efficiently."

"Actual fridge/freezer seems fine(only had it a week), can’t comment on the water/ice facility as still not connected, having to get our plumber in and pay him to do it!!"

"1. There are no instructions for initial standing time with this Samsung fridge/freezer.
2. It is (critically) taller than the stated dimensions and needs additional space above it.
3. The cool water ice equipment takes up most of the top quarter of the freezer."
