"Excellent product- very pleased much quieter than my old
Siemens one. Do miss the bottom door tray that I used to keep bottles in. The height between the vegetable draws and the first shelf does not allow for tall bottles and the shelf does not move so have had to place on the next shelf up. This means cant put so much on the shelf as slightly worried about the weight. "

"Excellent fridge freezer, we had the older model for many years with no issues. We only replaced because the other fridge freezer failed following multiple power cuts on one evening.
We were so happy with this Samsung range that we decided to buy it again. "

"Our previous almost identical fridge freezer lasted 15 years without any issues. I don’t find the new fridge light an issue, but I do miss the little drawer underneath the second shelf I had in my last fridge freezer.
Also I seem to be missing the little removable dish underneath the water/ice dispenser. And need to watch for water dripping from the spout sometimes. It’s only been a week since delivery, so need to wait and see. AO customer service excellent!!"
