"Had to be unpackaged and handles removed to get into the house via the easiest route - delivery men were incredibly professional, knowledgable, and very accommodating and left a complimentary AO teddy for one of our kids! The fridge feeezer was quite difficult to plumb into the mains water (even though we plumbed and built our new kitchen around the gap for the fridge freezer) as the instructions were very vague. With a little professional help it’s now in, working brilliantly, and all good. Only slight criticism I’d give is that the ice seems to dispense at random angles through the chute and sometimes and the odd piece either misses the glass or rebounds off the rim onto the floor. For the price and service, very pleased."

"Not as good design as our AMANA that lasted 21 years but still a very cost effective fridge freezer. Very competitive price from AO as well. Delivery chaps did a fabulous job getting in to our kitchen one floor up. "
