"Exactly what we wanted. A great looking spacious, easy to work fridge.
Salad boxes are sturdy. No cheap plastic either.
Door shuts automatically when you leave it open.
We love it. "

"So far So good! looks sleek and new.
Only just had this for a week or so, being asked to review a product
far too early, the real review should come when it proves reliable over a long period of time, and that all the plastic bits inside remain in tact.
Working really well, as it should, delivery was excellent, could say lots more about that, but excellent covers it. Lets hope we wont need to use the 5 year guarantee."

"I implore anyone thinking of purchasing a Samsung fridge freezer to look at alternatives. Our fridge freezer is just over a year old and is now defunct. Samsung have repeatedly promised to call us to arrange an engineer visit but have failed to do so. We have had to make an emergency purchase of a fridge freezer to replace it and now have a large useless Samsung in the middle of our kitchen.
The freezer is not “frost free”, it frosts up causing the fan to make an intolerable noise. This noise starts up again shortly after defrosting it. The ice machine stops working. And finally it trips the electrics so we can’t plug it in. I will never purchase a Samsung product again-not only for its false promises and shoddy engineering, but their customer service is beyond dire. Appalling product."
"This is our second Samsung American Fridge Freezer previous one lasted 12 years but started to get a bit noisy so gave it to a friend who still has it running in there garage as a spare. We moved to a different brand and it only lasted 2 years so have gone back to Samsung and cant fault it."
