"Samsung American fridge freezer for it to be delivered and it not work and having to wait a week for someone to come out and fix it. Im not impressed so far we moved into our new home with no fridge freezer"

"Really very pleased with my new Samsung American Fridge/Freezer. It fits perfectly into my kitchen both in looks and on actual size. However, my first attempt at dispensing crushed ice was a disaster - all the ice was going into the freezer compartment. Eventually, I discovered a 'lid' that was placed over the entry to the ice shute! I removed that and the ice was dispensed correctly. Perhaps it could be made more obvious that there is a cover over the ice shute - it's white with embossed text so doesn't stand out at all."

"Excellent prouduct and service. Well worth paying for the installation as the filter is externally plumbed off the fridge.
Comes with handles attached so watch out for your door widths. "

"It's quiet. Plenty of room inside, both the fridge and freezer. The Clean Steel finish is unobtrusive and makes it look smaller than it is. Would highly recommend it but it's obviously early days yet re reliability etc but as yet are very, very pleased with it. "

"This is a replacement had a previous Samsung for over 10 years.Really reliable and well worth the money.Happy with new one think the water dispensers are more flimsy than previous design.Steel nice colour and easy to wipe and keep clean .All in all a good buy.Would recommend the piped water as ice on tap ,once you’ve had it would be difficult to live without.The new one is slightly smaller would like a little more room in freezer,but the ice delivery box takes up most of the room.Happy with purchase at a reasonable price.Hope it lasts as long as last one."
