"The product is fab, doing what it should be doing . We have an open plan living space and the decibels are good as well. At first we couldn’t work out every now and then why the was a big clonk noise, we discovered it was a chunk of ice dropping into the box. Only draw back would be with the freezer part it needs draws because packets sometimes fall out when opened. Could be the way I’m putting items in there, but maybe a little barrier could be designed. "
