"Got this American fridge freezer first time,love it but user guide for fitting is very poor??"
"We bought this fridge / freezer just under a year ago and though it looks fantastic and was performing well we have a major problem and manafactuers fault that Samsung refuse to do anything about.
The freezer door has a fault which allows water ingress from the dispenser and the door covering has stated “blistering” this is not uncommon and had we known would never have spent over a £1000 on this product. Samsung have not helped us in resolving and basically will ignore you until your warranty runs out then say it is not a design or manafactuers fault. Not good"

"After previously having similar fridges from different manufacturers I'd recommend paying that little bit extra and going for a Samsung. The fridge keeps a really good temperature and food and drink in the door stay as cool as in the back of the fridge. The ice maker works really well and so far doesn't seem to have clumping issues that I've experienced in the past with other fridges. Plenty of room on the inside but doesn't seem too big on the outside. - Though I would really recommend making sure that you measure access to your home before buying as we almost didn't manage to get this product through the front door."
"Bought to replace a previous Samsung American Fridge Freezer. Whilst it is the same size on the outside both freezer and fridge are much smaller inside. The design of the icebox takes up much more space than in the previous freezer. No shelf for cans, less drawer space and generally all inside fixtures and fittings made from less sturdy plastic than our previous Samsung. Bottle rack only takes standard sized wine bottle at a push and you can’t fit in Prosecco/ sparkling wine etc. Interior lighting poor and the filter is exterior and we will have to pull out FF when we want to change it. No problems with delivery so good service from ao but wish the pictures on the website of the inside were clearer. Next time we buy a big item like this I will look in a shop before buying online."
