"Delivery by AO all good. Product was faulty, took a while to establish this as the temperatures on the display were correct but the temp inside the fridge/freezer was not. Freezer wasn’t cold enough to freeze food or make ice. Samsung Engineer came out and agreed that the product was faulty and it should be replaced. Once it was established that it was installed properly and there was a genuine fault, AO replaced it with a new one of our choice. I can’t recommend this product. The one we got to replace this was cheaper but in our opinion a better build quality."

"Really like this fridge.
Good amount of space in fridge freezer
Nice to have easy access by using the small space in the door but only reason it’s not a 5 is sometimes the small access door sometimes takes a few attempts to keep it shut
Delivered quickly and great service from AO would definitely buy from them again"
