"Bought this item 15 months ago, expecting; quality from the brand.
How wrong we were. Its had a replacement circuit board & ice maker - which took four weeks to resolve, whilst waiting the fridge was not maintaining temperature & we had to go and purchase a temporary one! Only two months later the same circuit board requires replacement - which has been going on for five weeks now, and still not resolved. The issue is that the customer service center (Samsung) is useless to say the least - every time you call you speak to three people and takes in excess of an hour, to which they book an appointment for an engineer, in 14 days ... AO - great delivery etc, couldn't fault, but they wash their hands of the issue once its dropped at your doorstep. All in all - disappointed is an understatement. I wouldn't touch another, a there is better out there, for less money - but I'm a Samsung fan or was ..."

"Superbly designed fridge freezer giving excellent amount of space. Installed water filter and tubes myself, basic instruction sheet was not the most clear but some good YouTube videos available"
