"Great fridge, very spacious and great for our big family"

"My old one was the same model and I had it for nearly 16 years. This new one is lovely but for some strange reason Samsung have changed a few things such as.....the ice dispenser takes up the whole top shelf of the freezer now. It used to be in the door so now the freezer holds a lot less food ! And some silly person has moved the water filter BEHIND the fridge freezer?? Why??? It used to be in the top shelf of the fridge. I cant get the huge fridge feeezer out to change the filters every 6 months!! I'm a bit disappointed really. Oh and the little draw in the fridge which you could make a colder temp for raw meat etc has gone and the flap inside the fridge to keep the temp constant when you open the front flap to get out the milk has gone so defeats the object really. Yes, disappointed with Samsung redesigning it. Why spoil something that was good to start with?? AO were very good though and their service excellent. Delivery excellent too"

"Good looking fridge freezer. Initially a bit noisier than its predecessor but seems to have settled down. Fridge runs at a lower temp (3) than its previous (5) Samsung advice.
AO provided a flow valve which is one way - between the filter and the fridge. This fridge also has a drop down door to move drinks. So far good and fairly spacious unit."
