"During the lockdown due to the Covid 19 virus situation my fridge freezer decided to stop working with wasn’t ideal as you can imagine!
However I got straight onto AO as I’ve use them before for a washer and ordered for next day delivery. The delivery was smooth and the AO delivery drivers observed all the social distancing Advise to get this into my kitchen I was worried about this but they put my mind at ease!
The product was easy to install product my partner who is luckily practical managed to do this basic plumbing himself and it was on and filled within 24 hours without loosing any food specifically freezer items.
The product itself has a great ice machine which is brillant for hot weather and the fridge and freezer is so spacious so now I can actually see what I have in the fridge as my last one was a bit small.
The product is also very easy to keep clean and doesn’t really make much noise at all when filling the ice. There is a little noise whenever the the ice drops.
Very reasonable price in my view for a great product.

"Love Samsung American fridge freezers. Last one lasted 12 epic years. Fully confident in buying this one, but it was so noisy we had to turn it off overnight otherwise we couldn,t sleep. Hard to have a converstation in the kitchen it was so noisy at times.
Samsung were useless, just relying on web chat and saying that because it worked there wasn't a problem. Not has described, supposed to be 39 decibels was running on a average of 69 decibels. Rightly ao.com were very helpful and we have an exchange coming tomorrow. Expecting it not to be faulty and noisy."

"Bought this to replace a 14 year old Samsung which had given up the ghost. The placement of the filter outside the fridge is a little odd if you're used to the old style but no big deal. The capacity is enormous and we love the ice and water on demand. Temperature displays and controls are inside the fridge for a smarter external look. Looks very cool! "
