"The fridge freezer works incredibly well. Took about a hour to get to temperature once switched on. Ice and drinks dispenser works great and easily plumbed in. Only flaw is the feet adjustments are incredibly stiff and feels like you will brake the leg off before it will move. The doors are also adjustable but but the spanner provided to adjust them is hard to get into to the nut adjust. Doors feel a little heavy to open meaning there is a good seal on the door. Still plenty of room keeps everything at the perfect temperature throughout the fridge and the freezer. "

"Fridge/Freezer is fine though would have preferred handles so the door don't get finger marks on so much.
Service was hopeless though. Deliberately chose AO because it had a deliver, install & removal. Deliver and removal fine but they have not plumbed in the machine properly. I have has an operation on my arm so can't move it, had to get a plumber in to do it right. Customer services just credited the install cost then ignored any other contact.

"Its early days as I've only had it tor 1 week, but it's completely frosted up around the ice maker and it hasn't even been plumed in yet.
I think there must be a gap in the seal letting in warm air. I will have to call an engineer. Not ideal. I will try and update this review after the problem has been resolved.
Looks good tho, doors and hinges work well.
Lots of space.
I hope we can resolve this frost issue ASAP.

"This fridge freezer was purchased to replace a previous Samsung American fridge freezer that lasted about 16 years before the compressor failed. This has a significantly larger capacity with wine rack and additional shelves at a competitive price. The handleless design and door mounted ice maker are also significant upgrades .The 5 year parts / 10 year compressor warranty were also factors in my decision. there were no delivery issues as I was replacing fridge freezer of the same size but opted for installation to be sure . The only issue that arose was that the filter which was installed in an adjacent cupboard was fitted the wrong way round . This I had to correct after the team had gone . A useful tip is to also install 1/4" or 6mm push fit shut off valve near the filter to aid filter replacement . This will turn off the water supply if mains supply behind fridge freezer . Stops having to pull freezer out each time filter has to be changed . "
