"This fridge-freezer is BIG so beware when it gets delivered that it will fit, I had to have the doors taken off which is no mean feat given it's weight and electrics running to doors.
My only disappointment so far is the water dispenser, it's angled out towards the front so you need to be careful you get your container in the right place and the flow is also quite narrow."

"Our first delivery arrived damaged; a dent in the door under the manufacturer's packaging - must have been done at the factory. AO re-arranged delivery for first thing the next day. The second delivery had an internal plastic tray damaged - AO organised a replacement tray to be sent by Samsung. The Fridge Freezer itself works fine and cools very well, in fact we didn't realise how bad our previous unit was. The space inside is huge, well organised and very well lit. The only downsides are it is bit noisy in a very quiet room - constant whirring of the fan - and the doors need to be opened right back to get the shelves/trays out for cleaning. Other than that, I would recommend this."

"Very pleased our new fridge freezer. Water and ice both taste nice and are dispensed at a good pace. Lots of space with good wide adjustable shelves in the door. Good sleek design and nice and quiet. Nothing to complain about. "

"ao proved to be the best price and easiest site to shop. Their comparison tool definitely beats other retailers’. Delivery notifications all accurate and drivers called 10 mins ahead. Items delivered and unpacked as promised. Only minor gripe was the call before delivery that led up to ao trying to sell a PAYG warranty. I declined. If I wanted it, it would be cheaper directly from the underwriters, bought towards the end of the manufacturer’s warranty. Overall would absolutely choose ao again.
The fridge is as expected. Bought after reading Which review. A little disappointed with internal light. It’s darker than our previous model. And as it’s all lit from above, a full top shelf will steal light from those below. Also note the external water filter. We had to drill hole in the adjoining cupboard to make room for it! "
