"This is our second Samsung American
Style fridge freezer, our previous one lasted 11 years, well worth the money.
We love this one even more as it has thinner walls and so much extra space, whilst the outside size remains the same.
The lighting is amazing in both the fridge and the freezer and I think I would really miss the plumbed in filtered water, if I’d gone for a non plumbed version. "

"Our fridge freezer broke down last week, bit of a crisis during lockdown but AO thankfully had stock and could deliver. The interior of this Samsung is quite different from our previous one (also a Samsung American Fridge Freezer) and is quite disappointing. The shelves are in set positions, both in the fridge interior and the door and there is no option to move them so we are stuck with the choice Samsung made, not what works for us as a family. There's a huge amount of head space above each shelf, which is a bit pointless.There are two good sized veg/sald drawers, but no other drawer, as in our previous one where there was also a large pull out 'fresh' drawer which we used for cheese/ hams etc. The water dispenser is much less high tech, has no light and the water tray underneath is non existent, so the kids are just spilling water all down the front of the appliance. The external water filter is more tricky for us to access and replace and has been fitted badly preventing the appliance to be pushed back into situ (our previous one had an interior filter which was so much easier). The freezer however seems to have more space and is a good size and if we could push this back into it's space it would look very slick on the exterior. Overall, 3/5...sorry Samsung - you've changed it but not better for the user. Don't know how I'm going to store cheese/ham and keep it fresh other than having a great big Tupperware sat on a shelf! Not impressed."
"Excellent space with very useful filtered water and ice. Generally pleased with the storage but the shelves aren't movable so milk will only fit in the door - not on the shelf. "
"The fridgefreezer looks great in our new kitchen, and the kids are particularly excited about the ice/water dispenser which works well. It is bright, spacious, quiet and is keeping our food fresh without having to amend settings."
