"We have just plumbed in our Samsung fridge freezer and are so happy with the huge amount of space in both the fridge and the freezer. Our food is lasting longer and staying fresher, you really notice it with the milk. The ice and water is a real luxury. Couldn’t be happier."

"Loads of internal space and a good ice and water dispenser. It fits the space I have well but if you are putting it into an existing cut out in a worktop please bean mind to about q1 cm deeper than a standard unit so might stick out a bit. "

"We love that the capacity is greater than our last fridge/freezer there seems to be a lot more space which is also down to the design. We also love the water dispenser as it’s easier to use than our last one.
The men who installed it really knew what they were doing they were polite & professional & very careful with distancing
Due to covid. I couldn’t fault them.

"We ordered an American fridge freezer from ao.com as I knew they would go that extra mile to get it through the door. My husband had to remove the bottom step of our staircase prior to delivery. These things are big.
We left it 7 hours to settle and when we switched it on, we thought an aeroplane was landing in our kitchen. The noise did not subside. When I phoned ao.com, I was told they had sold out of my this model and they weren't sure when a new batch would be in. The noise was awful and, being the last one it had probably been bashed around the warehouse a few times.
After a few days of negotiating we managed to get a better model delivered, again with minimum fuss installation and it's been amazing.
It might seem like a lot of fuss to go through for a fridge, but not having a bottom step for a week was a small price to pay for this fab machine.
With lockdown, I am so grateful we have so much space to store food. We definitely drink more water since having this installed. The fridge is massive and has generous fruit and veg trays as well as plenty of shelves to organise foods and drinks. We are very pleased that we finally got the fridge we wanted (a better model to boot). Thank you to the installation people and the call centre people."

Super quiet, super cool, very proud to have something like this in our kitchen..It will be admired and wanted by all our friends.Installation was simple and despite its massive size moving it is simple due to its wheels. Price and delivery were excellent, I will be recommending this to everyone."
