"The fridge freezer has plenty of space. I managed to fit food from a full under the counter freezer and a small chest freezer into it. The fridge is even bigger. The design and spacing of shelves and doors is great. Really enjoying the ice and water dispenser but a tray collection tray there would have been good. We just dry the area with kitchen roll every now and then.
Happy that it is in black also nice and quiet. I would recommend this product. "

"The Samsung RS8000 is quite compact for an American fridge freezer although is deceptive as it has plenty of storage inside.
However it was a bit of a challenge to get it into the house as we have small door openings, but once unpacked we managed to get it in without having to take the doors off.
We wanted a plumbed option for constant water and ice without having to refill and I'm really pleased we picked this model. The ice bucket took about a day to fill, but now just stays topped up, and having the option of cubed or crushed ice is amazing.
Having the recessed handles is ideal as there's no handles to knock or take up room and it really adds to the beautiful design. The colour also complements our anthracite bifold doors nicely, and feels quite modern.
The shelves are well spaced out and lots of storage in the door of the fridge.
It's only been operational for a week, but we're really impressed and pleased with our purchase. I'd certainly recommend this model"

"We ordered this fridge freezer in November. In a couple of days it started making a tractor like noise and completely stopped cooling. After several hours of phone calls and negotiations with AO we got a replacement sent after 7 days. All was fine for a couple of months and then the fridge hinge started creaking. This was sorted by the Samsung service centre.
Then just at the beginning of lockdown the freezer side started making the loud noise again and the freezer stopped working and a lot of food was wasted ! We were lucky to get an engineer come around quickly to have a look at the problem. He mentioned that the fans on this model are poor quality and have to replaced.
Just last week the same issue occurred on the fridge side and the fan was replaced again.

Although it looks lovely in our beige modern kitchen the problems we have faced have made us lose trust in the appliance and worry that it might fail again."

"This is very nice fridge and looks the part. But you do pay the price. Filled it with fresh food and it didn't even raise the temperature by 1C. The only thing I would like is more shelves."
