"Really pleased with the fridge freezer which was an upgrade from a previous Samsung. Excellent in all areas. Have marked down slightly for 2 reasons.
1) delivery guys on arrival announced they only had a short time to get it delivered (we told them we would need the packaging removing to get it through a standard front door) it was Friday at 3pm though....
2) slight mark on the side of the fridge near the back. Not worth going back to AO about as hidden and working fine. "

"Product itself is great, lots of room, looks good & holds temperature well. It is a 5 star product but loses 1 star due to an issue with leveling. Leveling is only by the 2 front feet, yet the Fridge/Freezer had a significant lean back even with the front feet at the lowest position. Doing an internet search revealed there should be a 2° lean back but there was no mention of this in the manual, mine was more like 4° resolved by shimming the back feet to obtain the necessary 2° "

"Bought this to replace a 13 year old Daewoo American style Fridge Freezer which had given up the ghost. Very pleased with it to date, it looks good, is well made, works quietly, and has more space on the inside while externally being slightly smaller than the old one. The ice-maker has worked very well, it makes ice very quickly and no clumping to date.
Things I would have liked included are a meat drawer and a device to stop tall bottles falling over when placed on a door shelf, both of which were very useful on our old one. It would also benefit from brighter and more distributed light in the fridge, which should be easy in these days of LED bulbs and strips. Hence only 4 stars for features, but overall very happy with it"

"Great machine, loads of space and most importantly- an ice maker.We have managed to amalgamate our old fridge and freezer. It had a couple of scratches inside the freezer on arrival but nothing major.
It look great and does all what we need it to do."

"This was intended to go into my new kitchen, in large part designed around this appliance.
It looks fantastic in situ, and I am particularly delighted with the chilled water and ice dispenser.
The internals are extremely well lit, the shelves and other internal items are of a very high quality,
My only, very small, issue is that it is slightly noisier than I had expected, but in reality not noisier than my previous fridge and freezer.
Very pleased."
