"The product was exactly as described - dimensions and capacity correct. Was delivered on time and communication about timing was very good. The delivery people were kind enough to take it downstairs for me which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own. I’d recommend the product, the delivery company and AO."

"Performance of the fridge freezer seems good so far. We bought this because it was a high end unit, with dual compressors and metal cooling. Not obvious that the metal cooling makes much difference, so the lower spec version is probably as good.
Plumbing is a bit more involved. The filter is external and needs mounting somewhere."
"Absolutely love this fridge freezer. The inside is really bigger than you think and really quiet. If you are buying the plumbed in one then be aware that you will need to buy a fitting to fit the 8mm water pipe that's on the fridge. The brass fitting that comes with it is 25×8mm and pretty much won't fit any of your cold feed pipes in your home. This is just a £5 part, so it's not that big of an issue. "

"The fridge-freezer was a replacement for a 9-year old Samsung that had failed, but that we had previously been very pleased with. This has increased capacity for the same footprint and looks very stylish but otherwise has many of the features we liked in the old freezer. Drawers for fresh fruit and vegetables that are designed to keep them fresh for longer - they work. Built in icemaker and filtered water dispenser. Bottle rack (very useful). The filter is external, while we were used to an internal one - this saves space inside the refrigerator, and it fits neatly under the plinth of our kitchen units. There are only two fridge drawers, with an extra shelf instead. We did find the drawers useful, but the two in the new one are larger, so this is not a big issue. One feature of the old freezer we do miss is the rack for cans in the door. So far this new one is running very quietly indeed!"
