"Lovely product. So far the exterior finish doesnt show any finger prints on it. Ice dispenser is a bit clunky but works. Plenty of room in fridge and freezer. Temperature keeping is very good."

"Very nice fridge freezer with all the room we need. It is much quieter than our previous fridge freezer. Good light inside and easy to use controls. The main issue is with the doors which have to open very wide to enable the draws to be opens fully. This is difficult in our kitchen with the location next to a side wall. This is because of the depths of the doors. The other issue is that despite the fridge being level the door swings outwards i.e it does not stay at the position you leave it when you open. So the door bangs against the unite to its side."

"This item was bought to replace an older Samsung unit that failed after 10 years good service. Like many things this is not the same quality. It's a bit like the tardis in reverse. Huge on the outside and small on the inside. Older model had three drawers, this one has two. Older model had a can rack in the door, this doesn't. Because the door handles are integrated into the door you loose about three inches of internal door space, so the baskets in the door are smaller. The glass shelves are not moveable. The external filter is a nightmare, it restricts where you can put the fridge/freezer. The water and ice controller stick out and look ugly. The plate that you press the glass against to release the ice is smooth plastic, so the glass slides all over the place. I don't know who redesigned this fridge freezer, but they didn't do a very good job. The only improvement is that the internal lighting is better. "
"Really love this product, bigger inside than my last Samsung. The LED lights are much better for being able to see what's inside. The only problem is that pithing days the supposedly 'frost free' freezer compartment is frosting up around the outside of the ice cube maker. Will have to get it looked at."
