"Overall. Really impressed with this fridge freezer. The split door on the fridge is really handy and there’s so much more room inside now that the doors are deeper and the ice box is in the door too. Only things I’d change are the cheese section in the top of the door - it’s just a bit awkward to get in and out of. And the veg drawer at the very bottom of the fridge door which you can’t open fully unless the fridge door is fully open. But they’re pretty minor issues. Great machine and no bigger than our previous Samsung - just with lots more room. "

"The size and quality exceeded our expectations. We bought the Samsung American Fridge freezer to replace our old Samsung American fridge freezer which we had for ten years. We only replaced it because the compressor was broken. The features, size, and the quality of this new Samsung RS8000 RS68N8670S9 American Fridge Freezer is amazing.

Only minor downside is where the hidden handles are positioned means it is very easy to trap your fingers but that is something we will get used to in time! "
"Brought this to replace a 9 year old Samsung America style with a hatch in fridge door and cool one.
The new one has a small amount more space in both freezer and the 2 door fridge. To fully get to bottom drawers you neef to be able to open doors wide or it impedes the drawers. The ice maker is fine but our old one had separate levers for ice and water. Bot a big issue but now have to get ice then press button to change function to get water. The water dispenser also only suits glasses of larger diameter as tall slim glasses mean water misses glass. Overall same as our 9 year old difficult to see any meaningful improvement. But w wre happy with last one so expect to be happy with this. One footnote is in manual there is an option to get a Bluetooth dingle to make changing temp etc wireless. It is not poss to find the wireless dongle anywhere. Also filter is external which is much less convenient than the old internal job
