"I did pay for next day delivery and initially due to the stairs they couldn't get it in. However they refunded me the cost of delivery and tried the next day with a different delivery team. They were there for 2 hours installing it and making sure everything was done for me. Very friendly. "

"The fridge freezer is changing the way we shop with the shopping list feature, no more small pieces of paper. Fridge freezer works brilliantly, kids love the water and ice on tap. You may have to take the doors off the appliance to get it in the house, but this is easy, instructions easy to follow. Only thing we haven’t been able to do is connect it to smart things."

"I took sometime in reviewing and deciding the Samsung Family Hub fridge. It promptly arrived and so far I'm very pleased with it. Very good build quality. I found it easy to set it all up and connecting to the wifi. The apps are mostly skewed toward Samsung products and integrate well with Samsung smart TVs and Samsung Galaxy products. However I found it easy to connect the Family Hub app and Smartthings to my iPhone X and so far it's working great.
The fridge freezer does what it says on the tin. What I kike about the fridge/freezer is that it is integrates well with Smartthings. This makes remote management of the fridge/freezer via your smartphone or apple iwatch. I like it that I get a warning on my iPhone and iWatch when the fridge door is left open which is especially useful when you have kids about. So far I'm loving it. Only downside for would be the ice maker which is pretty slow in making ice compared to my previous American Styled fridge/freezer hooked up to the same plumbing. Also more apps like some social apps will be a great bonus "

"There is so much space inside this fridge freezer, the tech is also a good bonus although i would have thougt it would run off google play like any other samsung smart device so was a bit disapointed to find you cant download the apps you want"

"Samsung have done it again with this hi tech fridge freezer. Obviously you don’t need all the apps on the front but makes life easier being able to add to the shopping list as soon as something runs out. Also nice to have slide show, tv and music all available through 1 device. Also looks fantastic "

"I had my last American Samsung fridge freezer for 15 years when it stopped cooling and needed replacing I was looking around and seen this one. Ao had it for a great price the same amount as I would of paid elsewhere for a similar one without the screen. In a household of 7 people there are lots to remember and trips for school, appointments and work related notes stuck to our fridge with loads of magnets. I always end up with sticky Notes or bits of paper falling off now I don’t have to worry as the screen keeps all our notes and appointments for us to look at. There is a calendar, whiteboard and memo on the touch screen to write notes and keep track of appointments. I’m really enjoying the recipe feature too with great family meals and so simple to follow it even has the ingredients list for you to add straight to your grocery shopping which you can also do via the fridge. The features on the family hub are brilliant. The fridge freezer itself is so nice to look at and the quality is amazing. The ice dispenser in our old American fridge freeezer was inside at the top of the freezer this one is in the door allowing for much more space and light in the freezer section. The inside of the fridge is also a massive improvement there is an extra shelf and a wine rack that o don’t have in my older model and again the design and style inside is so much slicker and nicer looking. The shelves are better I love the silver trim instead of the white plastic I previously had. I’m so happy with this model and glad I spent the extra for a higher spec model "
