"I've got a small kitchen and 3 young adults to feed. Previously I had a freezer in the garage which meant going outside. That wasn't good, especially in the rain and the kids never volunteered.
Getting this fridge freezer took a lot of searching as it has to do a lot.
1) have enough freezer space for the high frequency easy cook food such as fish fingers chips and big enough for the bulk we need, eg frozen peas!
It does this well. The only downside is the shelf. It's a fair compromise, just don't be surprised to find you have to put it back on the rail fittings when your kids just stuff the ice cream back in.
2) being big enough to do a big shop, but not so big that you lose stuff or can't find it till it's out of date. The door storage area could be deeper, don't put jars in it or they might fly out when your drunk 19 year old decides cereal is the answer to everything at 2am and flings the door open.
3) it's quite tall and only 10cm taller than the last one I had. On top is the microwave which might be a little too high and a risk as it's at eye level. The bread in is on top of the microwave, that's too high for most but my kids are way taller than needed as well.
4) inside shelving and drawers. Only one drawer which I hadnt appreciated from the product photos. But you can get the veg in it and make a fairly good stab at keeping everything seperated on the other shelves.
5) temperature and noise. I have it set just above 2. At 3 I get ice at the back which is a waste of energy. It's quiet. Very quiet. But it could be really noisy at frequencies that an old guy like me can't hear. Either way it works for me.
6) service. The ordering and delivery of this product was very smooth and quick. I don't know if other people are better organised than me but my old one, which was probably older than the kids, broke on a Saturday and I needed a new one fast. The new one was in place from AO on the Monday. The delivery guys were great as well.
So 5 stars overall."

"The fridge freezer was exactly as described and great if you want a small freezer in your kitchen when a larger one is elsewhere.More room in the freezer than expected actually. The fridge is fine in size.. i would have liked 1 more shelf and the insert bits were thin e.g egg rack...Not much use. Pity as these small and unimportant points affected my rating ."

The product purchased being an 80/20 free standing fridge freezer which has now been in situ for a week, it meets our expectations exactly and we have no complaints

"The overall build quality of the item is very good and I like the glass shelves as it makes placing items easy and the refrigeration is excellent meaning it can be put on the lowest setting thus saving energy and money. My only gripe with this fridge freezer is the door shelves apart from bottom one are too shallow allowing some contents to topple and fall out when opening the fridge door."

"Overall I am satisfied with this product. It has the 80:20 split I required to fit the space in my kitchen. The finish is rather thin and plastic. There is plenty of space inside the fridge, but it would benefit from an additional shelf. The salad drawer is too small for the average family and the fridge would benefit from additional or larger salad/vegetable drawers in the bottom. A better and larger egg storage rack would be a big bonus. The one included is too small and very flimsy. The freezer space is fine and a neat shelf helps to keep products tidy."
