"I searched high and low for an under counter freezer of the right dimensions and the right colour. This Electra freezer was the only one I could find that would meet my requirements but unfortunately was out of stock.
My old freezer was still working but getting near the to the end of its life so I was able to ask AO to advise me when they had one available, which they did.
I am pleased with the freezer. It is a basic model with a basic price and does everything as expected. My reason for withholding a star on the build quality is because the door has very strong magnets holding it closed and is not so easy to open as my old freezer. My wife prefers a strong seal as she says it will prevent me from leaving the door slightly ajar! I do not need to open the freezer too often so it is not a serious issue.. Apart from that the build quality is good, and the price was even better although size was more important and I would have purchased it anyhow.
This is the first thing I have bought from this company and I must say they were very attentive. "
