"Extraction good, however the material is very thin and at times flimsy."

"The unit works ok as you would expect but the cost of the filters is a real rip off by Neff. Even if you try an alternative on line seller you will find that to replace the filters will cost at least £38 each time. Neff site sells at nearly £60. More than half the cost of the unit every 6 to 12 months depending on use. "

"We purchased this model to replace an older Neff extractor fan. Installation was easy although the instructions were not accurate, they referred to items or schematics that did not exist.
Once installed it operates a little louder than expected, certainly louder than the older model."

"The cooker hood was a direct replacement for a faulty old unit, it was advertised as 599mm wide which is the correct size to fit between the existing wall units. The actual width on delivery was 601mm, hence did not fit in the gap. Also no carbon filters were included and when trying to purchase them, they cost £65 from Neff."
"I used to have similar in my rented flat and i liked it. Forgot how noisy it is and its the only minus. Overall its a good extractor "
