"Lovely looking product. Was disappointed I had to go to Neff direct to get the recirculating kit. So basically you can’t use the product without buying an item from somewhere else. I found that very annoying. Apart from that the service was great."

"This cooker hood looks great. Very easy to put up. It does a great job in retaining cooking smells and steam. My kitchen used to fill up with condensation but now I can have 4 pans boiling and no condensation on the walls and windows. 1 niggly thing: this hood comes with a plug which is great for installation as long as you have a socket nearby. We did though we had to secure the wire away from the hob. We could have cut the wire and secured it to the existing electrics but wasn't sure whether that would invalidate the warranty. Apart from that I am very impressed with the product. Would definitely recommend. "
