"I am happy with the delivery service by AO, but think they have given a misleading decription of the colour. It is not silver, it is dustbin grey. I don't have a problem with hidden parts being this colour, but it is a poor finish for the visible panel area. Also, the instructions are more like a cheap Chinese product, not what one would expect from Bosch. The diagram references are incorrect in the English instructions, (but correct if you refer to one of the other languages). There are dimensions X and Y in the diagrams that are never mentioned in the text. Arrived with a LED bulb rattling around inside. Too early to say how it will be in use."
"Very pleased with this product. Easy and quick to install and very efficient in action. Only downside is that it is relatively noisy when on full extraction. But bearing in mind the price I cannot complain about the product hence the 5-star rating"

"I was very pleased finding a Bosch extractor hood at what I thought a reasonable price of just over £100. After installation the electrician pointed out that in fact I needed a separate filter which costs £60! This website makes no attempt to make that clear, nor do they sell the required filter. I feel cheated. It’s a little bit like buying a cheap printer and then finding that you constantly need to buy very expensive ink cartridges."

"Arrived when promised. It was easy to fit although the instruction book is a complete waste of time. It works a dream and no louder than the less efficient unit it replaced. Both the unit and AO are thoroughly recommended."
