"Good unit, came well packaged but with minimal polystyrene (to dispose of). First unit had been damaged in transit, swapped without quibble by AO (with a joint collection & delivery - small point, much better for customer). Easy to install. Quiet on low setting, powerful on high setting. As with most Bosch products, you will need a 15mm star (Torx) bit as well as a smaller one (not sure of the size... ) - worth checking / ordering in parallel if you don't have these & are fitting yourself. Came with a pre-wired 13A UK plug on a kettle lead, easy to test & fit. The bulbs could have been brighter (the ones in the old unit were compatible LED's so swapped them in - SES candle shaped fit the bill - easy to get the right colour temperature & brightness to suit your preferences)."
