"I spent almost £500 on a stainless steel product which got rusty only because someone tried to clean it! This is not the quality you would have hoped for. I am totally disappointed.
Completely useless assistance received from Bosch, the engineer came and gone and left me with the rusty product. This is simply unacceptable.
The hood looks like 20 years old product where in fact it has still not been used at all. Wiping it off with a damp cloth should never every caused corrosion on stainless steel product!"

"Fits the style of my kitchen perfectly, gets rid of steam and smells while cooking. Also comes with a treatment cloth which leaves a coating on the stainless steel to prevent finger prints and grease from sticking. "
