"Our original Stoves double oven was looking a bit tired and the top oven was not working quite as well as it used too. We bit the bullet and decided to replace it. Having done my research and looked at other products available, we decided to plump for another Stoves oven as a replacement. In black, it looks like a real upgrade on our original silver Stoves oven and looks great in our black and white kitchen.
We opted for a full fitting and removal service - it was well worth the £90 that we paid. The two fitters that attended were faultless and we were very pleased with their work.
That’s a clean sweep for AO.COM for our major appliances in our kitchen - oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. "

"An excellent oven. We have had 3 of these over many years and can’t fault them. Previously we ordered them directly from the manufacturer but, due to the current CV19 situation and the need for a quick replacement, we bought from AO who delivered it within days with fantastic customer service keeping us abreast of the progress of our delivery on a daily basis. The delivery driver and his mate were very friendly and helpful and always maintained social distancing. Delivery with a smile. Thanks AO."

"This was bought specifically for the double oven and drop down doors. It was annoying to find that the doors do not open to 90 degrees meaning that a plate or dish cannot be put on either. The top oven is disappointing, it doesn’t cook very well and small items have had to be transferred to the main oven defeating the object of a smaller oven. I find that the electric grill works well and heats up quickly. However, to use the grill pan which has to be lifted off the racks without a handle is extremely dangerous and made more awkward by the door not opening fully. Iit is quite a tight fit and particularly when hot food needs turning. I believe I can buy a handle ( no mention of this in the rather useless instruction leaflet). I have reverted to using my old grill pan which fortunately is in good condition. I would have expected such an oversight from a cheap model not from a company like Stoves."

"Very pleased with delivery time and efficiency of the men who also took away the old oven and installed the new one.
So far,extremely satisfied with the performance.
Only minor drawback is the lack of grill pan handle,but this arrived the day after we ordered it."
