"We have had to contact Stoves now for the 3rd time regarding a fault with the oven heating up. The fault developed within the first year, had a repair that lasted just long enough to see us out of warranty. Stoves agreed to repair this same fault again, but now the fault has developed again - another dinner ruined! Another 8 or so weeks without a working oven IF they agree to repair it- AGAIN!"

"I bought this as a replacement for the one that was already fitted in my new house. I checked the sizes because I didn’t want to replace the housing or units around it. It fits perfectly albeit with a little tweaking. I helped pick it up and put it in, yes it’s was a bit heavy but can be done! All in all it took about an hour to fit including making a new shelf for it to sit on and wiring it in. It heats up fast, is sooooo quiet I thought the fan wasn’t on!! I love the touch buttons instead of old fashioned dials... with help from my teenager I’m nearly proficient ! I’ve only had it a week but so far I have no negatives. The ovens large and the shelves slide out so you don’t have to reach in. As far as I can tell it’s a good , solid quality oven and a reasonable price, I would recommend buying it."

"Shopped on AO many times before and always been happy.
Loved the look of this oven and loved the cooking functions for the first month or so any way.
I have now had it replaced twice and am on my 3rd in 18 months!!!!
After reading the other reviews I guess I’m just the unlucky one and got all the faulty ones, stoves customer service is shocking to say the least
I’m now battling for them to collect the oven and give me a refund!
Although they say it’s down to AO and AO say it’s not there problem......... watch this space, calling citizens advice again shortly "
