"Bought this dishwasher from AO to replace the older model that had lasted over 15 years. The new model has some good points it is lighter, the display looks crisp and clean and it has many more options for dish washing. However, the new style stacking trays are not user efficient (my opinion). The knife rack on the top tray is wasted space for our use and the large plate spaces are limited to 4 plates only. So, being not a happy chucky, I've taken the old bottom trays from my old one and it's now in my new one (it does fit). The top tray has had to stay but I've made a couple of adjustments so now I have a brilliant new dishwasher and it suits my lifestyle. I would recommend Bosch appliances, they are the best and also buying from AO."

"Recently purchased due to old machine past ita use! All functions of the machine are brilliant! Gets all suff very clean and dry and very quick too if need quick wash! Highly reccomended. AO Customer Services was 2nd to none! A++++"
