"Looks great is the main positive so far. There are so many different settings for cooking that I don’t think I’ll ever use them all, probably just over complicated. A watch out is the little puddle of condensation that appears by the front in a channel after cooking, I’ve cleaned it every time but I think it could spill down the cabinets below if not cleared regularly.

"Had Neffoven oven before so when daughter asked for a new oven there was only one name I would consider buying, Neff.
AO delivered on time as agreed, fitted the new oven, took away the old one and left everything nice and clean and tidy. Grateful thanks to the AO team for dealing with the order over the phone, organising delivery around daughter's hospital appointments. Brilliant service and a brilliant product so daughter delighted with her Christmas present.

"This was a replacement for a previous Neff double oven that had worked well for 17 years. The new model has all the old features plus some useful new ones. It has now been in use for two weeks and has been easy to use including the baking of three Christmas Cakes."

"I had previously owned a Neff Double Oven and was sad to part with it after it had produced excellent results whether be it a roast, casserole, or Victoria sponge and multiple batches of Christmas cake for 16 years. However, nothing lasts for ever and I decided to purchase the NEFF N50 U1ACE5HN0B Double Oven. My main complaint is that the controls and functions are not 'back lit'. 'So what?' some may say, but it is a very important function and I believe Neff have missed out on a vital part of the kit for users, especially those who are either short sighted or elderly like myself!"

"This is a good all round double oven though I would have expected a little more quality from NEFF. It's well built and cooks well, which is the most important thing. The chrome and glass on the front seem to attract finger prints so we are constantly having to clean it. It is not intuitive to use so there is a lot of referencing the manual required at first. And cleaning is not great - particularly where bread crumbs and grease tend to gather in the lip behind the door when open.
We love the sliding shelf and which there were more of these (they can be purchased separately). We bought silicon protectors for the other shelves to stop us getting burned. And we also put a silicon mat on the bottom of both ovens to stop us having to clean too often.
The top oven feels very small. It is great that it has the fan in both ovens but we have found ourselves using the large oven more - even if just to have the items we are cooking further from the grill because the top oven is very shallow.
All told, we are happy with this unit but not ecstatic."
