"Having had an AEG oven previously for 12 years, we needed to buy another when a part went and we found out it was discontinued. The NEFF is fantastic, every bit as good and even better than we expected. Having used AO previously to buy fridges and fridge freezers as well as a dishwasher, I would always buy from them. The service is quick, easy and very prompt and reliable. You are kept informed at all times of the purchase and delivery process through their great app/e-mail link and customer delivery support. I would have no hesitation in suggesting people go with AO every time. "

"Nice looking oven very smart. But sadly this model doesn’t match up to the old one in two respects. Very difficult to see controls on black background especially the oven temperature which on the old model you could see at a glance. The second thing is the design of the oven shelves does not allow you to put protectors on to stop you burning yourself. Otherwise working well and smart to look at. "

"This oven replaced an inferior make which was only 4 years old but extremely inefficient (eg took half an hour to get to 200C)
The replacement has won us over - it heats up quickly holds temperature when door is opened and cooks evenly. The top oven stays cool when bottom oven is being used. The inner glass door is very easy to wipe over after use as it is completely flat and love the fact that it is clear so food is shown exactly as it is. It will more than pay us back by using less electricity - we are over the moon with our purchase."
