"We were kept well informed about the delivery of our oven. It arrived on time. The delivery man was very friendly and polite. We have only been using it for a few days but so far so good. It replaces a Neff oven so we know what to expect."

"Our old Neff integrated oven gave up the ghost after 15 years. It was brilliant - but sadly the oven door didn’t close properly and after buying spare parts to no avail a new oven was decided on.
Once fitted the new oven looked amazing and has so many more features than our old one.
It was exactly the same size - so was no problem to get installed, It’s been fitted for about a week and so far it’s much better than the original one.
It heats up in a few minutes and has a few different cleaning settings.
My old oven was also a circotherm oven - but this one cooks in a fraction of the time.
I bought a whole chicken which was supposed to take 90 minutes to cook - but was done in only 40 minutes. You also have an extra grill in the main oven , which can cook and grill at the same time - crisping up roasts and cooking from within too.
Great for topped dishes with cheese or potato.
It has a pizza setting that cooks from underneath so you get a crisp crust and loads more features.
I have 2 negatives though - the first being the digital clock isn’t as bright as my old one - so can be difficult to read on a bright day , and secondly , the timer alarm is very quiet compared to my old oven.
Apart from that I am very happy with the oven and wouldn’t go back to my old one. I would definitely recommend buying this. "

"Purchased Neff oven Oct last year which developed fault.
Engineers duly sent but after 3 visits no resolution. AO have now replaced with new one, yes during lockdown restrictions, all now appears good. Very good service, very much appreciated under current restrictions. Thank you
