"This is a replacement for our old Neff double oven which served us for 18 years.
In theory its the updated model with a few changes - not all good!
The "grill pan" with sliding arms has been moved to the bottom of the main oven. The previous one was (unsurprisingly) in the top oven with a pan and rack. to make things worse there is no grill rack (tray) provided so we are trying to find one that fits - this is proving to be difficult as the easily found ones are "not compatible" with our model.
I think neff have cut a few corners to keep the price down. This is unnecessary and undesirable as any previous owner of a neff oven expects the new one to have similar features.
Overall we are pleased with it but the grill saga has taken the edge of our pleasure. Would we buy another neff? Probably, but hopefully not for another 18 years!"

Especially like control details printed on fascia and not on knobs. Retracting knobs are good."
