"Just tried it out and does exactly what the old model (that lasted 10 years) does!
Heats from the top rather than the bottom and plates go on a mat rather than the glass heated area.
Good price and great service from ao.com!"

"Offered the size we needed, and blended style wise with the Samsung ovens we purchased.
All warming drawers seem expensive for what they are though at the ao price this was ok.
Installed above an oven which makes it a little trickier to load/unload than if below but still is accessible.
Used for warming/keeping warm, and proving with no issues"
