"I was replacing a well-used, reliable Built In Microwave. This fits perfectly into the space above my oven and I certainly approve of the updates to this new model. The best update is the touch keypad to open the door as the push button on my previous model was broken and it could only be opened by levering the silver strip at the top. Brilliant, well done."
"The microwave looks marvellous but the program is overly complicated. If you want to heat something for say 4minutes unless you press the set programs eg 900,600 etc the time knob only operates in seconds which is onerous unless you weigh your food. I have read the manual but tbf it hasn’t really explained how to operate it. Would have been much better to have some simple buttons like seconds and minutes so you can quickly heat something.
Generally I find I can read a manual and get the best from the product it relates to but this microwave has beaten me and have resorted to simple operations. "

"I had a kitchen installed in 2012 with Neff products including 2x single ovens, 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, and 2 fridge freezers, extractor and a gas hob.
After 10 years, both fridge freezers were replaced (lasted 5, 7 years respectively, the dishwasher has had 2 faults repaired - door springs (known door design flaw) and water heater. Ovens are still going but with bulb replacements every 3-4 years. Microwave was repaired with a new turntable motor after 3 years but then died completely at end February.
Bought this replacement microwave in March this year as it had to be integrated into a specific size, and was immediately concerned with the electronic door release as this is an obvious fault waiting to happen.
Sure enough, door release has broken in just 7 weeks use!"
